Our Coating Application

DAY ONE – We will clean and/or remove all of the stains and debris on your floor. The concrete is dried and an epoxy primer is applied to the garage floor.

DAY TWO – The epoxy primer is cleaned and sanded. An elastomeric sealer is partially filled into the expansion joints and cracks. Divot repairs are completed at this time. The epoxy coat and chips are then applied to the garage floor.

DAY THREE – If desired, the floor is sanded and a clear coat of polyurethane is then applied.
